While your stereotypical desktop PC is both massive and unwieldy, not every desktop fits that mold. In fact, some of the best modern desktops available are actually tiny, efficient, and surprisingly affordable. Take the Optiplex 3020 micro PC from Dell for example: it's roughly seven inches long, it's packing a powerful quad-core Intel Core i5 CPU, and Dell is currently discounting it by over $300.
